Please make sure the you are reading with your child EVERY night for a minimum of 30 minutes! In addition please study the list of selected Dolch words every night for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Reading:
We will be focusing on letter and sound identification, short a words, plural words, making sentences and topic, main idea and details of a story. We will be reading the story Seasons.
Math:
We will be focusing on solving basic addition and subtraction facts with sums and differences up to 18.
Science:
We will be focusing on the different ECOSYSTEMS. I will be sending home the guidelines for a project that must be completed and brought in by Friday, November 12, 2010.

We will be focusing on learning skills to resolve conflicts and practicing conflict resolution strategies through role play.
